Wirral War-Con - the Wirral's biggest convention dedicated to miniature wargaming, board games, and more - has returned! This year we're going BIG, taking over the main hall of The Oval Leisure Centre and packing it full of new and familiar faces. In other words, think War-Con '25, and then double it!
Warlord Games and Mantic Games are back, along with Iron Gate Studios, Shadowgrove Dice, Magic Geek, and Stonebeard's Forge. They're joined by first-time attendees Two Thin Coats, The Colour Forge, Sarissa Precision, Darkstar Molten Metals, Turbo Dork, Ral Partha Europe, Tempest Terrain, and more. It's an absolute party, and you're invited!

Painting Competition
- Under 16s - Open Category - Any miniature / diorama, any size. One entry per person. Entrants can enter this category and also submit to the others.
- Single Character - A single miniature, scale from a Grot (or smaller!) to Ghazghkull Thraka, one a game-legal base size.
- Vehicle / Monster - Buggy, Squiggoth, Trukk, Fighta-Bomba, etc.
- Diorama - Miniature or squad on a scenic base telling a story.
- Senior Division - Open Category - Any miniature / diorama, any size. One entry per person. Entrants into this category cannot also submit to the others.
Raffle Entry
As part of our support for Wirral War-Con '26, Bulwark Games are donating a huge bundle as a raffle prize - and to enter, all you need to do is buy a ticket online and attend on the day! Tickets and raffle entry are limited to one per attendee, so if Roboute Guilliman buys ten tickets online and turns up on his own, he's only being entered once - there'll be no sneaky tricks to earn more raffle spots. The raffle itself will be drawn on Sunday 26th April and announced on the Wirral War-Con Facebook and Instagram pages.
